Hardcore punk seems to be a dying breed of music these days. Thankfully, there are still a few bands out there that have started a new hardcore punk flame that will hopefully continue to spread. Street Trash is one of these bands. As you no doubt have already guessed, Street Trash play abrasive, raw hardcore punk to the tenth degree in the vein of bands like Minor Threat, Verbal Abuse, DRI, Bad Brains, and many others.

Layne Staley, singer and guitarist with the American grunge band Alice in Chains, has been found dead at his flat in Seattle.
Tests had to be performed to confirm the identity of the body, which was found on Friday in a state of decomposition.

His death comes eight years after Kurt Cobain, leader of Seattle's best-known rock band Nirvana, killed himself.

Local medical officials said that the cause of Staley's death had yet to be determined.

I could be wrong, but it looks to be an advertising poster (which would create "buzz") featuring a rooster. I might be reaching on that one, but I'm pretty convinced that's the Buzzcocks. You're a victim of the low rez cropped picture Ed. It's not a rooster, it's a Seal spinning a red ball on it's nose.

I've got the hi-res verison on my laptop, but you're right ... upon closer inspection, that is actually a seal, not a rooster.

However, Seal sux0rs, so it's the Buzzcocks, and there's nothing you can do about it. :cool:
