I went swimming this weekend and I experienced some serious ear blockage, so I am currently using an over the counter war remover, lol. The sound sensation is hillarious. It feels and sounds like there are pop rocks inside my ear. That is all.

Lay on your side with your head out over the end of the bed. Start out looking at the ceiling and SLOWLY turn your head until you are looking at the floor. Then turn your head up again. Always works for me!
