LOS ANGELES — Paris Hilton was escorted from a courtroom screaming and crying today after a judge sent her back to jail to serve out her entire 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case.
"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience.

Sorry Spic, but the playas corrupt the game, they made it what it is.
OTOH, after reviewing the play, I now see it was the Sherriff that let her go ... without permission of the DA or the Court.

The defendant is remanded to county jail to serve the remainder of her 45-day sentence It is not at all clear whether she will serve all 45 days or the 23 day reduced sentence. It seems that the city attorney isn't sure himself.

Maybe Paris will move to France like that former LOST chic:
Actress who plays Ana Lucia figures time in the clink is better than community service.
Michelle Rodriguez is going to the big house.
Michelle Rodriguez, who plays the tough-talking ex-cop Ana Lucia in the hit TV show Lost, has chosen a $162 fine and five-day stint in Hawaiian jail over 240 hours of community service.
The punishment stems from a December 2005 incident in which Rodriguez and fellow Lost star Cynthia Watros were cited for drunk driving by Hawaiian police. The two had been bar-hopping and were pulled over in separate incidents just minutes apart.
Michelle Rodriguez is a free woman after serving just hours of her 60-day jail sentence for violating probation terms after her Hawaiian arrest for drunk-driving.
The "Lost" star checked herself into jail in Los Angeles last Thursday but was out by the weekend, according to entertainment news Web site TMZ.com.
Insiders claim the actress spent just four hours and 27 minutes behind bars -- a byproduct of overcrowding and budget problems.
A spokesman for the Los Angeles city attorney's office insists Rodriguez was released as part of a book and release program, typical for non-violent offenders with sentences of less than 90 days.
Rodriguez Plans to Quit U.S. For France
"Lost" alum Michelle Rodriguez is so sick of jail time in America, she's planning to move to France.
The actress started a 60-day sentence in a Los Angeles jail Thursday for a drunk driving-related probation violation.
The latest sentence comes less than a month after she served five days for driving drunk in Hawaii, and Rodriguez isn't planning to hang around upon her release later this summer.
She says, "I'm moving to France. ... People don't bother you there. I do what I got to do and then I leave the country and never come back."

I think he was repeating what he heard. News reports are saying she was ordered to serve the entire 45 days instead of the 23 days. I had always assumed the 23 day number was with the assumption of good behavior (1 day off your sentence for every good day) but saw it reported that you get 1 day off for every 4 good days so that may or may not be right. But what constitutes good behavior? Certainly doesn't sound like she was behaving well.

Paris Hilton’s 'embarrassed' grandfather cuts off her $51m inheritance
Posted on Monday, July 30, 2007 (EST)
It seems that Paris Hilton’s notorious lifestyle and bizarre antics have cost her the $51m (25 million pound) fortune her grandfather had set aside for her.
London, July 30 (ANI): It seems that Paris Hilton’s notorious lifestyle and bizarre antics have cost her the $51m (25 million pound) fortune her grandfather had set aside for her.
Appalled by her wild behavior, Paris’ grandfather and head of the Hilton clan, Baron Hilton, has cut off her $51m (25 million pound) inheritance.
Hilton senior, the only member of the family left with a substantial stake in the huge hotel chain, has declared that he intends to donate to charity the $2 billion (1 billion pounds) he will get from this month's sale of the company to private equity firm Blackstone.
The 79-year-old patriarch is said to have told his family that he is cutting off Paris’ share.
He has also said that his other 11 grandchildren will also not benefit from the windfall, and instead, is determined to continue the family tradition for philanthropy.
"He was, and is, extremely embarrassed by how the Hilton name has been sullied by Paris. He doesn't want to leave unearned wealth to his family,” the Daily Mail quoted Jerry Oppenheimer, the author of House Of Hilton, as saying.
Baron’s decision has come after a series of embarrassing situations his grand daughter has created for him. These range from her non-stop rounds of partying, to her penchant for shedding her clothes and to her passionate performance in a home sex video leaked on to the internet.
The final blow for Baron was Paris’ 23 day jail sentence in the Century Regional Detention Centre in Lynwood, California, in June after she was caught driving her Bentley on Sunset Boulevard while prohibited following a drink-drive conviction. (ANI)

I was gonna say it was sad that it only took two generations for common sense and shame to be bred out of the Hilton family. Then someone pointed out her grandfather disputed his father's will which left his fortune to the Catholic Church. :D

Sydney's Daily Telegraph newspaper reported that Barron Hilton, the last remaining Hilton with a large share in the hotel chain, was so humiliated by Paris' wild ways and drunk-driving charge that he cut her inheritance by $60 million. However, Barron believes he has been misrepresented.

Latest gossip: Kasey Kahne and Paris Hilton?
The New York Daily News is reporting gossip connecting NASCAR driver Kasey Kahne and ultra-celebrity Paris Hilton.
The Daily News reports that Kahne was out at Les Duex in Hollywood Wednesday night when he bumped into Hilton, who recently ended a brief and highly publicized jail term.
"The two of them chatted for a while," a source told the Daily News, "and before they parted ways for the night, she leaned in and whispered ‘God, you're cute' and kissed him!"

Barron Hilton, 80, whose father Conrad founded the Hilton Hotel chain in 1919, will donate most of his fortune to the Conrad N Hilton Foundation. Only three per cent - $69 million - will be left to his heirs.
He has eight children and 23 grandchildren.
Paris, who had stood to inherit an estimated $100 million, will now receive about $5 million after tax.
I'm not quite sure how a grandchild ends up with over 10%, but whatever.
Don't cry for Paris though:
Paris had no immediate comment. According to Forbes magazine, the socialite earned $6.5 million last year.
Is there a better example of how the rich get richer? Someone who would probably be a Darwin Award candidate if she had no money made $6.5M last year.
