They still think they are gonna win against Bernie

Talked to a guy today that said the suit over the 2005 USAGP is once again alive. Evidently their arguement is that according to the F1 rulebook ( :laugh: ) there is a specific car count that has to be achieved in order for there to be a certifiable (?) race.


Anybody care to look into that?


I hadn't heard that side of the arguement before. But I still think they have a zero to - zero chance of winning.

I don't there is any minimum number of cars required per the FIA rulebook.

besides the 22 cars did technically start the race. I'd like to see those guys take their case to the Old bailey to get it settled :laugh:
