View Full Version : Maybe No Indy, But...
Assen, Sept. 17th (just signed 5 yr. agreement promising 22 cars) and Germany, Estoril or...ATHENS!? Gotta have 2 in Europe to make it worthwhile. Will this ensure Stoddart is in? Might mean 24 cars if that happens.

Ummm... Dubai? a race with no beer? No thanks, but good luck. :D
If this is not the big battle before the cease fire (and that is a big if), then this signifies that CC and the IRL are no longer in competition. A primarily NAFTA/West Coast/Euro street series and a primarily Midwestern U.S. oval series.
Meaning the split is over, one way or the other.

Booze is permitted for non muslims.
Visitors from the Europe and USA, in particular, will find the driving standards low on courtesy and basic safety norms. Sudden swerving, lane hopping, speeding and not maintaining required distance between vehicles are commonplace.

That's cool. I still don't think I'll be making the trip though... :D
Fine with me...Champ Car does not race within 1000 miles of me anyway....and I`m in the USA.
Got to give  for real race tracks when you can.
