BTW, Eric & Eric (Mike & Mike were AWOL) did the Titans preview this AM, and they projected that VY wouldn't be a FT starting QB for 3 years. And his 4.55 40 speed ain't gonna be no Mike Vick 4.3 in the NFL.

The BCS results were more about the lack of SC D than VY. Since you're so fond of your stats, go check VY's stats against the only real D y'all played last season.
I'll wager Leinhart > VY in the NFL anyday.

"we won that game, and you know it!" except for the fact Troy Smith had 2 gimme interceptions dropped in the first half, one of which would've been pick 6, in addition to Zwick to Hamby TD drop.
"you're just lucky you played us early!!!," yeah, it's not like every other team in the country improved over the course of the year :gomer:
then we've got THE GREATEST TEAM IN THE HISTORY OF EVERYTHING!!!!, with the GREATEST COLLEGE COACH OF ALL TIME!!!!, who when having A MONTH TO PREPARE!!! PETE CAROLL WITH A MONTH TO PREPARE!!! still gets lit up for 600+ yards offense & 276 in the air from he who cannot throw by picking apart the weaknesses in the cover 2 zone and throwing to every hole left by a blitzer.
Vince Sucks!!! Oh wait, he left? I mean, Vince was the whole team!! The rest suck!!!
Vince beat your first day draft pick defense with his arm, just deal with it. Texas piled up more offense despite giving you the field position advantage with stupid turnovers. Vince beat USC & OU (who still had a good D last year). No matter what bull you come up with, the results speak for themselves. 3000/1000 despite only playing 4 q's in 2 games all season.
The Big XII went 5-3 in bowl games, Baylor took 8-3 OU to double OT on the road, the 2nd tier teams in the Big XII are just as good as the second tier teams in every other conference.
We run the Indianapolis Colts passing offense out of the zone-read spread. There's enough reads, hot routes, and adjustments to make our playbook bigger than the Manhattan phone directory. And there's throwing motion *cough* Phillip Rivers *cough*, and the 4.55, which means everyone else at UT and the USC D runs a 4.6... funny what happens when someone doesn't train for a 40 because he doesn't need to...
Find some new excuses, it might help if any were on the field... Again, our 2nd tier teams lined up against, and matched the 2nd tier teams across the country, no matter how many times you want to change the excuse/story, so save the "dwarves" bs for whenever you quit playing MAC teams :gomer:

I am actually surprised I am doing as well as I am, considering that when making my picks for the first 2 weeks, I was making them first thing saturday morning, without reading any reviews of games (just going through and picking what I felt was correct)

Yeah, I actually hate picking against the spread for college games. Cripes, three of the games last week were off the board. :irked: Anyway, I just try to pick the winner straight up and figger that will even out. Should have gone looking for an upset b/w MN and Cal. :saywhat:

Another reason I h8 picking against the spread for college foosball...I submitted picks on Thurs when The OSU vs UC spread was @ 30. Tress has them kick a 53-yard FG to make it 37-7, but the spread moved to 29.5. :saywhat:
Oh well, the important part is the W. Oh, and you can't spell SUCK w/o UC. :D

Nope the line moved after Thurs, more likely sometime yesterday. ESPN Radio guys were using 30 as the spread for their picks, so that's what was published for Fri. *shrug*

I dint make the statement, holmes, I just 'quoted' it. My post was @ least related to the discussion @ hand. IMHO, the #s bear out the reality, and replacing Kerry Collins is a major achievement in anyone's book. :laugh:. Care to compare Leinhart to VY's #s? Thought so....
Oh, and frankly, the Colts D is a joke, especially against the run. Plus, playing in a division with the likes of HOU and TN is akin to running the table in the Big Twinkie. :gomer: And as you posted earlier in another thread, from which division did the Super Bowl champ come.
