Pics from Laguna Seca

Raced at Laguna last weekend, driving the red/black/white E46 M3 in the pics. It's one of only a couple of SMG-equipped cars racing in the US. The track's be redone rather well; completely resurfaced, reshaped curbs (much easier to use them now for corner entry/apex/exit). Two class wins, two fifths overall, and broke the class lap record by nearly 2 seconds! (The car is really good.) Unfortunately, no video for this one, which sucks since the starts were pretty intense! Too bad no CC there anymore....it's really a beautiful track.

Cool! Congrats on the results. Interesting tidbit: The FIM specifies a certain grippy paint for the curbs that MotoGP races on.

That was nice of the organizers to have you race during some good lighting conditions for photos. :)
