Yep, the fact is the US is actually the exception to the rule in terms of sports marketing on jerseys.

Difference is they all do it. Real Salt Lake is the first to do it over here. The thin end of the wedge for the logos soon to be on NBA, NFL and MLB uniforms in a town near you. And the sponsors aren't such weasels either. The guys that own Real Salt Lake are all about the money, they view the team as a get rich quick scheme, you should have seen the stadium negotiations :irked:
