This part would be nice, assuming the teams can ever agree on the specifics.
Of course there is the usual talk about cost containment on one hand yet every single change they mandate will cost the teams a fortune to implement. A four race drive train will save in the number of units to be built but developing them will cost more IMO. Developing entire new technologies that don't presently exist fits into a cost containment strategy how...? :gomer:
