Wishing all of you a very happy 2007! :) I for one hope it's a little less event-filled than 2006. In one year, I lost a good friend to diabetes, saw both a close friend and a sibling undergo treatment for cancer, and suffered agonies as my favorite Champ Car driver fought for his life. But aside from the deceased friend, everything ended on a positive note. :thumbup:

After a week of celebrating both Christmas and my birthday with lots of people, Mr. Anteater and I decided to have a low-key New Year's Eve. We went to our favorite bar for burgers, then fell asleep on our couch watching "Talladega Nights".

Looking forward to some great racing in 2007 as we get to see the new sleds at full tilt very shortly. Vegas will be great and LBGP will be #20 for me...

Happy New Year everyone.

I planned on sitting around watching Bowl Games, but my five year old wanted to watch his new Tom and Jerry DVDs. So, the two of us, along with my nine year old, built a fort and tent out of the couch cushions and a couple of blankets, attached a "No Girls Allowed" sign to the outside of it and had a great "Guys Day."
