My wife mentioned that it was May Day as she was leaving for work. Senna was the first thing that came to mind. That instant replay seems to have stayed with me for a long time.

What can you say that hasn't already been said? I can't believe that already, next year we will mark the 10th anniversary.

He probably would have been retired by now (maybe, or maybe in CART), but his loss was tragic in the driving we didn't get to see, and the life he didn't get to live out.

Wow. I remember waking up early that morning and catching the F1 race mid-race, and hearing that Senna was "gravely injured." Its amazing that it has been 9 years. 1993-1996 were some bad years for racing fans.
