One reason for my struggle in Q1 was that I had traffic on my last flying run. I was on a two-lap run but I met a car on its warm-up lap in the last sector of the first lap, spoiling both that and the following lap. That means the qualifying time is not representative of what we are capable of. But I've also found grip hard to come by both in practice and in qualifying so we obviously have work to do.

Trulli is the fastest driver in F1. Unfortunately, the Toyota is one of the worst cars in F1. If Trulli were in say a Renault or BMW he's have poles 50% of the times, but he's still finish 6th at best....

Ralf Schumacher is over paid big time! How many cars does Toyota sell a year by the way? When I see $32,000 price tag on a Hybrid Highlander, how much of that goes to Ralfie? :rolleyes:

Trulli drove for Renault a couple years ago and wasn't particularly setting the world on fire, aside from his Dominance at Monaco. Hell he got dumped for Jack Newtown at the end of the season!

Even in his days there and I see it with Toyota, he has a pattern. He qualifies well, and then end up becoming a moving chicane for the race.

Trulli had his chance at Renault, too bad he drove on 75% until the last few laps when he'd go flat out just to annoy Flava Flav.

He's quick but tempermental.
