Will Seabass be in Phoenix?

Sorry if this is already discussed...

But I swear I just heard on F1 Not that Seabass is going to F1 (we all know that), but that he will go December 2nd when (paraphrasing Bob) "His commitments to Champ Car have run out"

Will he not be in Phoenix? or did Bob mean immediately after the Race (after the end of the season)

I may have just answered my own question, (false alarm) but looking for comments.....see..I'm flying to Phoenix..

Why wouldn't he? The Phoenix race isn't in January? Contracts usually end December 1st or at the end of the current season.

Why would he mention wrapping it up before the season ends unless he's going to punt Phoenix if it's already a lock?
