Go back and read it again. I think the only condition is you can't go fishing in the mayors pond. The pond next to the dump is ok though.

ANd it was bout that time when I herd that the town of SPeedway was gone to close down GOergtown ROad... **** fire they want to put in a grasssy mound or soemthin liek that. WEll I hope they rember waht happend in DAllas on a grassy null. ID hate to see that some dammed goof ball took a pot shot a TONey GOrge leavin in his helichopper.
