At the end of the race last year, as people started leaving the stands, one of the people sitting near me called out, "see you next year in India." :) :(

Interesting article. 2010 was chosen because it takes three years to build a sterile, horrible racetrack. Secondly I'm guessing they ruled out a street race because it would be too difficult to move all the homeless people, bodies and monkeys.

But the support race could've been a rickshaw race!
On another note, last week the Speed guys were talking about a Grand Prix in India and the possibility of a "Team India" in F1.

Istanbul Park isn't a bad track. Maybe he has finally figured it out.
We will know in about two weeks when they get to Fuji Speedway.
It doesn't look too encouraging though.
