Tommy boy's 'psychology' rant in that interview with Barbara Walters (or one of her clones) a few years back confirmed for me that he is certifiable. It wasn't that what he was saying was wrong, but how he was saying it.

the Scientology thing is a bit touchy because they call themselves a religion and of course freedom of religion is one an American right and I believe religion and politics are taboo here. It's why we all get along. :)

It is really unfortunate that he's so off center. I used to enjoy watching the MI movies and now I can barely look at him because I keep thinking what a jerk he is.
