Hmmm. Why indeed. Good question. I wouldn't expect it to be a 'merger' meeting with the brass, that being that that 'brass' are all in Indy. A test of some sort between say a DP01 and a jart?

Part of the 'real world' difficulties of a merger is figuring out the human logistics. Both sides have an infrastructure, so who stays and who goes? Maybe this is to talk to that point.

I've thought all along that the best thing both sides can do is to keep a lock tight lid on any merger aspects and once it has been hammered out, then make the announcement. these little tit-for-tat spats played out in the media only further frustrate everyone.
