There are about 1/2 dozen 'F2' type series' in Europe, everyone of them except GP2 are struggling for car count and recognition. Some are using older equipment (ex-F3000 car from 1999). I wonder if KK & GF can sell the organizers the Champcar name, hand them the European 2008 dates, and have the teams sell their Panoz's and spares to European Teams. I think the Euro 3000 series, which used to be Italian F3000 series, would be a perfect buyer. They have 12 to 16 cars per race, have only 5 or 6 drivers actually do the full championship and run 99 F.3000's. It would give them an edge of finding more teams and drivers to join their series. Give them more then a 'club' racing series recognition and, give drivers like Giorgio Pantano something else to do other then GP2 for the 8th season.
