Please I am NOT trying to start something.....negative
I am so interested I look more than once ...every day... to see what it is..
So far they have changed nothing (maybe the aspect of the "LB Cart Car Finale")

No mention of the "merger" ...
Nothing in the "News" section...

Please don't make comments about "nobody home"...etc..

But really ...
What would YOU like the site to do?

possibilities:
Link to IRL?
Link to History / Nastalgia?
Turn it Off?

I can't even decide....

Please be constructive...maybe they don't even know..

I think it's embarrassing they don't mention the latest news. They pulled the plug on their web company and the web company said "update it? yeah right!".

They did their web site in house? I thought they outsourced that?

Even so, no one thought to put a message up? "Hey Billy, publish this to the site before you leave OK'?

The proper thing to do is redirect to the IRL web site. (presumably that was part of the IP the IRL bought)

It would be nice if it went to a section of the IRL site dedicated to the history of CART/CC though.

i have no idea about the outsourced, but if it was outsourced, the bill probably hasn't been paid in a long time, so hardly a suprise. Tonytard should just have them direct it to irl.com or whatever.

What's the chance they'll do that? It will be interesting to see how they handle that.

That appears to be the outsourced web team from the page code.

When an entire staff gets let go I'm sure the last thing anyone is thinking about is posting something to eh website. I wish them all well and feel for them.

I've never updated my bookmarks www.cart.com still gets me to the site. I wonder if that will be redirected as well?

Somewhere in a shoe box...(too lazy to go find it to be acurate) .... I have the actual (yellowing) newspaper when champ car took top 4 and 5 of 6 places at Indy....

Anyone remember? It was GREAT!

I might find that newpaper and re-pull up this thread later to re-acurate.... I remember trying to get others excited...BUT I WAS!!!!

cart took the top 5 with tony stewart in 6th

that was one of three 500's i've been to. montoyas walk in the park was my first and tracy's robbery was my last.

My guess would be no, unless you felt the points were going to be really important. And I suppose that depends on how much help the IRL teams are giving CC teams with setups and what not.
