Long since carburetors have stopped being used at the speedway, there is still a carburation day as a historic tribute. Today we will probably see the making of another historic tribute in IMS history,"Bump Day" without any bumps. The behind closed doors wheeling and dealings may have produced enough cars to fill the 33 car grid and most importantly, in IMS eyes, keep Sara Fisher in the race.....so much for the 33 fastest cars at the irl 500... :shakehead
