What happened to the diet and exercise thing he was into at the end of 06?

With all the anger, bad mouthing and weight issues I get the feeling he has a poor self image. :gomer:

Tony is notorious for hating working out. I would think sticking to a workout program for him is about as simple as keeping Scott Weiland off drugs.
