it won't happen. it wasn't long ago that he was supposedly going to drive a V8 Supercar season...

Of course this won't happen for a million reasons. Besides, 100k is chump change. Make it interesting and offer him $5 mil.
NFW. He doesn't even race sports cars anymore after he singed his short & curleys @ Sears Point a few years back.

Sounds like they needed to stir up some more fake drama after Danicamania drove the Kansas ratings all the way up to .7 :tony:

I believe he was told to end it with the other types of racing by Budweiser after that....
I think he could do it if he wanted to.... that said it wont happen..

What an f'n joke. It's just a way to ease Danika into the minds of the NASCAR masses while Eddie 'P.T.Barnum' Gossage does whatever he can to sell tickets to his IndyCar date.
Non story.

Bingo.
And 100K is about last place money for a Cup race. Gossage could have offered 10 times that and it still wouldn't have let him risk life and limb driving a Honda in a non-France family event. Never.

For as much of a non-event as this was, why was it scrolling on the ESPN bottom line? Man I hate ESPN.
:rofl::rofl::rofl:
Yeah, there just might be a clue here about how ticket sales are going, huh?

Perhaps he should spend some of that $20 million on English lessons. :rolleyes:
"My conscious wouldn't let me,'' said Earnhardt, worth more than $20 million a year according to Forbes Magazine.

Might the advance sales be a little slow for this year's race?
