View Full Version : When does Bourdais get canned?
I hear it was all "huggies" from Bourdais out at the pit wall after his exit today, so....? Maybe he'll get PT's ride. He's French, that's sort of Canadian.:p

Is Jaime Alguersuari unpronouncable enough for you?
He's in, according to this (http://www.italiaracing.net/notizia.asp?id=24024&cat=1) website; which, incidentally, does not have a "babes" gallery at all. :gomer:
It was for Jonathan Ledgard!

No surprise at all after that performance. I was at the race and Bourdais never caught up with anybody and qualified dead last as you've seen. For me it was Deja Vu- last time I went to the Euro GP at the ring in Sept 99 ex Cart Champion Alex Zanardi was last after the first lap and I don't think he was a factor either. I wondered what the hugging was about- I guess after seeing it last year with Aguri after their last Q session that's the universal F1 sign for "we're done now mate"

Hi, I'm Sebastian Bourdais for OxyClean.
It's official he's out. The worse part is, is that Toro Rosso will get all new updates for Hungary which should bring the car closer to the front of the grid. They should have waited a few races to see how Bourdais did with the updates. :shakehead
I'm starting to see that the Red Bull deal is the ultimate catch-22, they'll give you a chance, but they'll also throw you out, and blame you for poor results, if everything doesn't work out. Bourdais, Speed, Luizi & Klein did as well as their equipment could. :saywhat:

Alguersuari is Spainish, he's bringing a wad of Repsol dollars to the team.

Repsol livery would rock. Instant recognition in MotoGP.

Bourdais was slower than Vettel & Buemi about 90% of the time & he had several major offs that were his fault.
And who on the planet would not drop Scott Speed for Sebastian Vettel?

Well yes, when you put it that way....:D

Sounds like Bourdais may not go quietly. He thinks he should get a shot at the new pieces. Talking lawsuit. Probably just hopes to get paid for the remaining races? Can't imagine the contract was race-to-race.

Yes. The best way to damage an F1 team is to drain their wallet. Hope he can catch a break somewhere. I was always interested in how he was doing during a race weekend.

Good memory! Check the 'red' Williams next to it. Never felt right to me.
This is a 100% about the 2-million dollars. Nothing more, nothing less. Sorry Bourdais you got bought out! :saywhat:
Besides, you have to understand that Red Bull is a big seller in Spain, while it isn't allowed to be sold in France! Therefore, you put 2 & 2 together and get Bourdais in IRL driving for Dale Coyne....j/k

Red Bull only recently was approved for french sale. Hence the Citroen and Loeb sponsorship

Could happen IF Dale goes out and hires CH and the rest of the NHL crew. IMO
I know. I'm actually more than half serious...as opposed to half...well, YOU know.;)

Toro Rosso settled out of court for $2.1 million.

I hope he doesn't buy a ride in the IRL.
