Lord knows they can use all the help that they can get...
In addition to previous adjustments and in accordance with Attachment 2 of the American Le Mans Series SSR the following adjustments are made to the indicated cars:
1) Doran Ford GT-R may either:
a. Utilize the restrictor for the weight category two above the declared weight class (teams should check with IMSA before making any adjustments) (21 days following this notice.)
OR
b. Utilize the restrictor for the weight category one above the declared weight class (teams should check with IMSA before making any adjustments) (21 days following this notice) and may move the rear wing to the position indicated in Note 1 below (7 days following notice.)
2) Aston Martin Vantage may move the rear wing to the position indicated in Note 1 below (7 days following notice.) An alternate wing may be utilized (span 1620mm x cord 360mm, the shape of which must be registered with IMSA tech.)
3) Panoz Esperante may move the rear wing to the position indicated in Note 1 below (7 days following notice.)
4) Chevrolet Riley Corvette may utilize the restrictor for the weight category one above the declared weight class (21 days following notice.)
Note 1. For those cars indicated above, the rear wing must be positioned such that:
a. The complete wing assembly must not form the highest point of the bodywork.
b. It must not be backward of the rearmost point of the car. Any bodywork modification or extension the purpose of which is to increase the dimensions of the wing or to move it backward is prohibited.
