Instead of burying good motorsport in a thread about how **** the IRL is....
-Wall Township Speedway is closed, but Ray Evernham is trying to buy it back
-Gas City Speedway in Indiana is looking for new owner/leasor/promoter
-Calistoga Speedway only hosts four events a year!
Begs the question, how do places like Calistoga and Belleville justify their existence with so little racing?
Apparently they had over 100 410 sprintcars at the Chico Gold Cup last weekend, seriously cool. Four blokes over 50 made the top seven, and two Australians made the feature race.
