Raphael Matos who won something like 17 junior formula car championship in the last 10-years will graduate to a full season of earl with Penske junior, aka Luczo Dragon Chinese Restaurant. This is a pretty cool deal for an extremely talented young driver. At least Luczo Dragon picked a talented young gun and not some has-been hack like Scheckter for 2009. :thumbup:
