Just what I was thinking, and it looks like they will all have tire cutters of one kind or another.
It's going to be interesting this year. How bad will they F/U rules enforcement with that? Any time Hammie cuts somebody's tire, will he get a stop and go, but anytime a Ferrari does it, it will just be a 'racing incident'?
I remember when CART trebled required width of the tip fences and wanted them beveled so Mikey couldn't use that tactic.

I'm biased but I think, at least at the track, CART was run better than F1.

At times.
I'm thinking the cones at Cleveland and the Rain in Australia.
And the somewhat murky blocking rulings.
PT certainly had his opinions on the subject
