I started watching Season One on DVD.

In the 4th episode, Meadowlands, Tony and 3 others are sitting at a table in the Bing eating lobster and discussing who is to be boss after Jackie dies.

Who is the fat guy at the table? It's not Tony and not Big P.

Did this perosn have speaking lines? If not, just guessing, but since they are at the Bing than it could have been one of Paulie's soldiers. There are soldiers that float around that aren't actually participating characters.

He had a few speaking lines. He was a Capt. I am guessing, maybe from New York?
