FOTA said all its teams would race next year if a new financial agreement with F1's management is reached by June 12.
The association also wants the 2010 season to operate on the basis of current technical regulations.

The potential end of F1 as we know it has been postponed until 12-June-09, and that qualifies as a change from the previous state. :)
Yea, you're right. . . . . nothing has changed.
Sounds like a big swan dive to me. I want DRAMA

Apparently licking Bernie's balls is too lucrative a job to throw away.

Each entry is conditional on Mosley dropping his budget cap idea and accepting FOTA's proposals instead, and on Bernie giving them a new commercial rights agreement. So nothing has really changed. Either Max and Bernie back down, or the teams are leaving.

I'm interested to see what happens with the 5 new entries for 3 spots... So far its (only 3 will be accepted) but it would be better if they brought back Pre-Qualifying!

Nah...bugger pre-qualifying! 45 minute free for all in qualifying, none of this elimination bull

At the current spending levels? I doubt the backmarkers have an interest in that.
