Speed TV problems

Is there anyone else who's having trouble with the Speed Report and Windtunnel? Those programs are strobing and breaking up badly enough to be unwatchable but I don't have the same problem with any other Speed programming...

We have Verizon FiOS and the signal on severalchannels has been a bit jumpy this last week.
