Atlantics ever run up there?
I was looking for their times, found nothing related to their Champ Car days. Maybe ALMS?
BTW, just for grins, the '07 fastest race lap went to Seb @ 1:00.083.
Scratch 'grins'. How can anyone associate themselves in any way with this magnitude of embarassment? It doesn't even rate as humorous any more.

I think they're still pulling Vasser off the ledge from that "call." IIRC, this is the third week in a row his team has gotten screwed in some way from a questionable call.
I did like the chorus of boos that were following Helio around the track after his contact with Tracy. Tracy also just seemed to be incredibly defeated and let down after that wreck.
I sensed he was more diplomatic than anything.

I sensed it was just another Concrete Canyon Nightmare. Did you see that great footcam shot of Danica as she drove into the pits? Wonderful timing on that one!:D
I was actually slightly bemused when Twinkletoes turfed PT. It was the first time I had the slightest fan like investment in an Indycar race of any sanction since the middle of the decade.

Mr. Judd ducked into the pits, just as a yellow was called. Barnfart ruled that he had already committed to it, thus was entitled to complete his pit stop (unlike every other time this has happened, but I digress).
No big deal, except he then decided that the field was also frozen at that point, and therefore Dashley was entitled to pass PT behind the pace car after his pit stop.
Theoretically, could Franchitti have spent as much time in the pits as he wanted since his spot was fixed? Gone to the bathroom, switched engines, had lunch with Ashley?
If it is a rule, then whomever came up with it, needs to rethink it some.

The reason gomers are in fact gomers is that they aren't able to see that Brainfart is a total embarrassment and needs to be tossed out without further discussion. I expect some Canadian fans are a bit more than pizzled and good luck to the EARL getting them to come back for further abuse next year.
