Send Max Mosley to FINA

The swimmers in the world swimming championships are swimming faster than ever and world records are falling like flies. I think Max can be sent in to cull the new superfast swimwuits sans ass-coverings (i'm sure they could always use more of ze punishment). Perhpas FTG can setup a Swimming Racing League where he spends millions on a focus group that recommends that swimmers use chainlink armour instead of swimsuits.
