Just got Back From Cleveland

The town meeting was great, and I got the question about Mid Ohio in for those of you who asked. Pook was adamant that Mid Ohio is very important and that negotiations will be ongoing. I had a very awkward meeting when I first arrived, with PATREEEEEEK....outside of the Men's Room! By the way Mello, my daughter is now firmly in the Patreeek fan camp, as soon as he smiled at her and autographed my wife's T Shirt that she was wearing! Chris Pook made me an even more avid believer that CART is in the proper hands to survive. :thumbup:
By The Way, Chris Pook told me that Columbus will have a town meeting on July 15!!:D

I forgot to add this, both my son and my Mom were positive that Eddie Cheever was at the Town Meeting. They said he looked around shook his head and walked out. I didn't see the guy, but my Mom said quote, "if it wasn't the little son of a b!#+ch, it was his twin brother." :confused:

We were never going to run IRL here, we were just using that alternative as leverage against former management that had priced themselves out of the market.” "
