Robin Miller was the guest host on Windbag tonight, and he had an interview with TK (that's Tommy Kendall) and he had another TK (Tony Kanaan) in the studio with him in Charlotte (???)

Anyway, they go to an interview with the "real" TK in Santa Monica, and he supposedly had Oriol Servia living in a flat at TK's place.... but the best part was when Miller tried to get TK to comment on Danican't performance at Texas... and

TK CALLED HER "PRINCESS SPARKLEPONY" :D:rofl::rofl:

it was an instant classic !!!!

Rats, I missed that. I recorded in hopes to get more news on our Swiss Miss, and after the little bit they did on that, I was fast-forwarding through to see the longer story I was sure they would have. When I got to the end and saw nothing else I was so upset I deleted it off the DVR. :flame:

He was a little more animated in his post race interview. I'm sure he got "spoken to" in the time in between.

Miller wasnt quite himself. Seemed a bit overwhelmed with the different cameras and had someone saying stuff in his ear, and experience a few probs with a couple of phone calls - but as he says "he's just a newspaper guy" who "doesnt get paid much to do the Speed show"....

Miller tried to make it seem like the "real" TK and Danican't were buddies with something like "well, Tk, you know her just as well as anybody else" to which he said something like "not really, its been a while since I've hung out with her on a regular basis".... so TK downplayed it quite a bit, but I couldnt believe it when he called her "Sparklepony".... truly a great move by the real TK...

The other good part was when the put up a comparison board between the two TKs and Kendall had far more wins, more championships etc.... to which the shorter, more follically challenged TK said "yeah, but I won a couple of Karting championships when I was in Brazil".....

I get it from the CBC and CTV. To paraphrase the former gov of Alaska, I can see Canada from my house, yet I can't watch their video?

Back on topic, JackAroo (http://blog.jackaruteonsports.com/indycar/a-black-eye-for-indycar.html) has even shamed the league. I'm waiting for Piglet to fly by my window any moment now.

Earlier that night, I personally outlined many of the safety initiative that the Indy Racing League have initiated. I have always believed that the IRL has led the way in this department and many times have not taken ownership (NASCAR + SAFER Barrier) of their improvements.

All that was washed away in one moment…

Shame on the IRL for making Jack look bad! :mad::flame:
