Looking at photos of the opening ceremony, all nations are mentioned in their respective captions except this one:

I'd assume it's the Indian military. Not sure why the Pakistani military would be there, let alone carrying the flag for the games.

Edit: From the link:

Indian military guards march with the Commonwealth Games flag during the opening ceremony for the 19th Commonwealth Games in New Delhi, India, Sunday, Oct. 3, 2010.

WTF are the Commonwealth games, it sounds like a variation on the gay olympics.

It's the second largest multi-sport event in the world behind the Summer Olympics. It's attended by all nations and territories of nations that are members of the Commonwealth of Nations. That'd be countries where the head of state is Queen Elizabeth II, countries that used to be a part of the British Empire that are now declared republics and some select other nations that have been accepted as members of the Commonwealth (Mozambique, Cameroon & Rwanda). To be accepted as a Commonwealth member your nation must accept and comply with the Harare principles*, be fully sovereign states, recognise the monarch of the Commonwealth realms as the Head of the Commonwealth, accept the English language as the means of Commonwealth communication, and respect the wishes of the general population with regard to Commonwealth membership.

The Commonwealth Games therefore is a massive sporting festival with representatives from every continent. Nations and territories include Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa, England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Island, Isle of Mann, Jamaica, Bermuda, Trinidad & Tobago, Kenya, Uganda, Mauritius, Seychelles, Mozambique, Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Tonga, Niue and Norfolk Island.

For those of us in Commonwealth countries, it ranks alongside the Olympics for significance. It is also the largest major competition for several sports that are traditionally strong in commonwealth countries including netball, lawn bowls, squash, badminton and rugby sevens.

Hay thanks for the link, this is nice :thumbup:

"We believe that international peace and order, global economic development and the rule of international law are essential to the security and prosperity of mankind;
We believe in the liberty of the individual under the law, in equal rights for all citizens regardless of gender, race, colour, creed or political belief, and in the individual's inalienable right to participate by means of free and democratic political processes in framing the society in which he or she lives;
We recognise racial prejudice and intolerance as a dangerous sickness and a threat to healthy development, and racial discrimination as an unmitigated evil;
We oppose all forms of racial oppression, and we are committed to the principles of human dignity and equality;
We recognise the importance and urgency of economic and social development to satisfy the basic needs and aspirations of the vast majority of the peoples of the world, and seek the progressive removal of the wide disparities in living standards amongst our members.[1]"
