Ok , now I need a Doctor

Saturday morning I woke up with a tingling in my right arm and in my legs, as if they had fallen asleep. Here it is Tuesday morning and I still have it, numbness in parts of the right arm and parts of my legs. I know exactly what to look for and what the symptoms of a heart attack are, and this isn't it. My back is also swollen on the right side. I'm off to the Dr. Wednesday morning, but someone please assure me that this is just a pulled muscle or pinched nerve!!:confused: :cry: :(
