Great. Simply great. Not the epic game. Two runs WALKED IN but we'll take it. Happy for you HS. For Saint Louis and for Furcal. How glad is he that he Dodges ditched him?! Also for Rhodes. 20 years and he gets the ring. :)

Speaking for the Dodgers, bite me. :p That POS was constantly injured, and going into last night he was hitting a buck eighty in the WS and was dropped to seventh in the lineup. Good riddance. :irked:

LOL! I did notice how much the team improved after he left. /sarcasm :D
Happy for Berkman. REALLY happy I don't have to listen to all the bandwagon Rangers fans while the Astros operate as a AA club and the Yankees keep choking.
First Triple Crown since Yaz in '67. (http://espn.go.com/mlb/story/_/id/8458298/detroit-tigers-miguel-cabrera-wins-first-triple-crown-1967)

The Nats, Orioles and A's are great stories this year. I love that yesterday was the only day the A's spent in first place. The Nats have turned around a truly bad team with great and cost effective talent scouting. And the O's have shown grit and determination to restore respectability to a once great franchise.
All good so long as the Yankees win another AL East. ;)
