Remember when we were kids, sitting in the backseat and acting up, dad would reach back while driving, threaten us with that big paw and warn us with don't make me stop this car and make me come back there!

I am pretty sure if he had congressional aspirations he would have either had to do it in a bathroom in an airport in Minnesota, or paid someone for it, or paid one of his staff members to keep it hushed up or perhaps tweet a picture of his package or got an underaged male involved.

He will definitely have to step it up a notch if he wants to win an election.
