So does this mean you have two tickets to give me? I'll even reimburse up to face value. :tony:

I think that NE will win but it will be a close high scoring game.

Go Giants!
Any hope of convincing me to root for the Pats went out the window when pretty boy slagged on Buffalo FOR NO GOOD REASON.

It's a small sample, but I've met more arrogant, racist a-holes from Boston that from NYC, so I'll root for the Giants.

I pick "Eli the mouthbreather" 's team by 1-3.
Chances are that Ossi and Pierre-Paul had a meeting and agreed to go meet Brady "up close and personal" as often as possible. :D
Remember when Jim Burt "introduced himself" to Joe Montana?
Cue the Kim Carnes song:
"Brady's on the bench now... He thinks he's a spy, he's got Joe Montana eyes!"

Giants by 7. Not a Giants fan, just liked the work by Manning last game.
leonard's hit ended the 9'ers dynasty.

leonard's hit ended the 9'ers dynasty. It nearly ended Montana's life.
The thing is I was looking at it again today and couldn't figure out how even today it could draw a flag or fine.
Same with Burt's hit and Montana left Giants stadium before the game was over barely conscious, on a gurney, in an ambulance.
It nearly ended Montana's life.

he could get called for spearing w/ his head dropping at the end there. and probably does since referees think that tackling a qb below his arm = hit to the head

he could get called for spearing w/ his head dropping at the end there...
Nah. He hit him with his forehead. They hit the ground with his facemask on Joe.
"See what you hit" is the rule. It's what I was taught in high school and it is what I had to learn just two years ago to be certified to coach Pop Warner.
It was just a merciless savage wicked hit intended to prevent the pass and win the game. The threat of which make what QBs do all the more impressive.
But I guess given the flag on the hit to Rodgers in the GB game, Marshall would be fined and suspended today. Turns out they don't need a rule accept anything that makes you cringe is likely a problem. :shakehead

Too late to vote, but I see people think it will be a close game with the NYG getting the edge. I don't know if I'm too close, but I think the Patriots will win it. I wish it could be like the 45-3 Jets demolishing, but the Giants are much better than the Jets. I think it'l be close (not meaningless late TD to make the score close) the whole game. Whoever wins, will have fought for it.
ELI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!

Somewhere in the early 3rd quarter I was about ready to try to tackle an oak in the yard.
That would not have ended well for the tree or me.:gomer:
This is a MUCH better outcome. :D:thumbup:

Hard to believe the Pats lost again. Been a tough 4 years for Pats fans. Congrats to the Giants.
