Got this on DVD a few years ago. One of the very few movies I bothered to buy a disc of.

Two things: Why does Maverick's main squeeze wear her sunglasses on top of her head? Did she answer that question or not? Also, I would like to commend the new Ferrari Phenom, Nino Barlini, for telling his leachfrog girlfriend (sorry Ms. Hardy) to go ahead and dive for "relics" with her new AMERICAN boyfriend. In fact he invites her to "just go to hell!" :thumbup: AND: check out Garner's burn scabs. Phil Hill shouts, "He's ON FIRE!" He just about was! British GP, toward the end. In filming that scene, Garner braked to a stop too suddenly and the fire surged forward to the back of his neck! ALSO: Jean-Pierre's Ferrari was launched by catapult up the banking at Monza and through the guardrail. No stunt driver would attempt it! Duhhhh.
