Well, jeez, as long as it was something important... If he'd just said "neener, neener, neener" and wiggled his fingers then that wouldn't have justified a punch at all.
It's very WWE-ish. Which is good since I like WWE. :D

Kurt on the employment line may happen sooner rather than later. Here's what his team owner had to say (http://espn.go.com/racing/nascar/cup/story/_/id/8008870/nascar-suspends-kurt-busch-pocono-weekend) about the latest round of shenanigans:
"If he's going to kill himself I'm not going to be in the airplane with him," Finch told ESPN.com by phone. "If that's what he's planning on doing, I am going to get out."

UPDATE 3: Phoenix Racing team owner James Finch said he will meet with Kurt Busch next Tuesday to discuss the embattled driver's future with the team. "We're going to meet the next week and have a come-to-Jesus meeting," Finch said Tuesday morning in an interview with SIRIUS/XM NASCAR Radio. At the time [Busch was hired by Finch], Finch said of the deal, "He (Busch) can't quit and I can't fire him." But that may be changing. "(Kurt) needs to either get his mind right or he's going to be working somewhere else," Finch told SIRIUS/XM. "... Quit wrecking cars. Be nice to people. That's not hard to do."(SPEED)(6-5-2012)

There's a big difference between speaking your mind and being self destructive.

Ding.
Speak your mind, like Tony Stewart, Robby Gordon, etc. Being a douchebag to your team, other drivers, media, etc, is far different.

I thought Tony Stewart punched a media person a few years ago. Or was that someone else?

it was tony....
The tempestuous Tony Stewart was fined, by NASCAR and his sponsor, and put on season-long probation after punching photographer Gary Mook following the Brickyard 400 in Indianapolis in August 2002. Stewart had been fined and placed on probation the previous year for slapping away a reporter's tape recorder.
