Were they planning to make the new engines? With a near spec engine, seems kind of pointless to do all the R&D to sell to 2 teams for like 20 engines a year.

Ford should start buying things back. Ditch F-1. Sell a Cosworth Turbo Focus and a NA Fiesta SVT ! :) Throw Ken Block in 'em and run a bunch of "don't do this at home" commercials!:thumbup: Give away free DC shoes and Monster Energy drinks with each purchase! Then start a spec Ford 2-class race series!
