Camcorder recommendations

I want to capture this storm so I'll need a camcorder. My budget is about $150 or less. I will be within eyeshot of the Long Island Sound. Any recommendations? I'll have to buy something in the next couple of hours as stores close early on Sunday.

You might want something like a GoPro as they are waterproof.

I don't have a specific recommendation, but you might want to go for Max battery life. Maybe get an extra battery or 3.

Get the thing charged asap.

Low light capable?

GoPro are above your price point, I think.

Are there any cameras with built-in face shields, for when your windows assplode?

I'm gonna have to settle for photos this time as I'm home now and don't want to go back out until tomorrow morning. We have a generator at work so I would have it plugged in all the time. Keep the recommendations coming. There will be other storms. I'll post photos if I get any interesting shots.
