The requirements specify: Basic knowledge in Asset, IMAC and Deskside services

What are these software programs and how can I get the Cliff Notes versions of them? I don't recognize any of them...

IMAC = Installs, moves, additions and changes.

Asset = keeping track of all the company's gear.

Deskside = talking to the peeps and fixing their email

Cameraman is correct, this is deskside support. Break/fix. Going to people's offices and fixing / replacing their computers.
