Bernie pays $44 million to Gerhard Gribkowsky (and admitted he did but was pressured into it.)

Gribkowsky used BayernLB's funds to pay the Bernie a commission of $41.4 million.

In summary: Hey Bernie, I can't pay myself a commission. If you give me $40M I'll get you a $40M commission plus get this sale closed.

Also, if he admitted to it, is this a no-brainer? Does it matter he says he was pressured?
