There's a reason why Sears is going broke

I've never dealt with this level of corporate stupidity before. It seems that the Sears Commercial sales group no longer has a sales rep for the University of Utah but his phone number still links to a full voice mail box. You would never know this unless you were to slog through their horrible voice mail system and finally find a human and ask to speak to the rep for the University and you will be told that your rep is currently listed as inactive. Explains the full voice mailbox I suppose. So who is covering for him? No one, sir. Well who do I call about placing orders? I don't know, sir. Well how do I find out? Please hold sir. You could try this number sir. Insert long distance number....
