My only wish was that it was Indycar Racing II (instead of I).
One of my favorite games ever. I had a friend in college who actually had a Sierra Screamin' 3D video card for his computer that supported 3D hardware acceleration for Indycar II. I was very jealous...and too poor at the time to afford one myself :(

btw, I'm still playing IndyCar II to this day (got it working on 2 Windows 7 machines and 3 Win XP machines). There's a wealth of additional tracks, carsets and utilities available for download here. (http://icr2.net/index.html)

Somewhere around here still have Indy 93 and the manual . I played it on cruise ships for around 6 years , messed up my back doing it, thankfully no pain these days. I've done full length Michigan and Indy 500 races on it and it helped when I drove Laguna Seca in real life. I remember one time I did a full Michigan race and blew up just before the end. So realistic.
