View Full Version : BAR locked out
Don't know any details yet, but appearantly the BAR cars have been put back in the transporter, locked up, and the key thrown away. Something about renegging on a sponsor deal.
3 Million Dollar Debt? :eek:http://f1.racing-live.com/en/headlines/news/detail/030703193659.shtml (http://f1.racing-live.com/en/index.html?[url)
The BAR's aren't racing, seems the police came into the paddock and hauled off the cars sans tires, ther's some fotos at f1racing.net which are hilarious, w/ the cars just sitting there w/ no wheels waiting to be carted into the truck.
even after bankruptcy, Teleglobe takes no prisoners...
was waiting for official stories to get posted but now they are :)

hehe. I think F1 must have minimum 20 cars so interesting to see what happens with Tcars etc. from other teams who can afford to run it.

Still, even in impound they should still outqualify the Minardis!!

Small potatoes in F1.
