God bless her. She was an amazing talent who just got better with age. She was without a doubt the most vibrant and boisterous musician I've seen. You couldn't help but have fun at her concerts. These four are (in order): my ringtone, her first solo recording, and two personal favourite of mine, Sharon doing gospel and just a cool piece of funk

Very sad that she passed. I really admire her grit in sticking with singing when she was anything but an overnight success (she actually supported herself for a time with a "day" job as a guard at Riker's Island). A real talent and from interviews I heard of her a real nice person.
