if you are using a browser on a desktop/laptop this works directly, mobile requires the jitsi app, free on both apple and google play

When it asks, just allow it to use your webcam/microphone.. its only a temporary allow for the length of the chat.

good internet helps make it smooth, but I can walk you through lowering your settings once in chat.
